This major International Company based in Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a permanent Senior HR Officer to join a vibrant and dynamic Human Resources function. Key Accountabilities:

Support to managers in delivering profit improvement plans
Work with managers to identify Training & Development needs
Monitor KPIs and make recommendations for improvements
Provide support to managers with Disciplinary, Grievance, Conflict handling and Absence Management

The Person:

Must be part of fully qualified CIPD
Have lots of energy and experience of working within a large site
Confident with strong interpersonal skills
Able to build good working relationships with managers and employees
Able to manage projects from start to finish
Experience in recruitment, retention and developing employees
