Drive to Achieve
*To achieve prospect activity targets, high quality standards and meet specific client requirements in the form of RFP's and quotations in the Permanent and Temporary business stream.
*Carry out a wide range of sales activities, including cold calling, telephone sales, prospect visits, mailshots.
*Prepare sales presentations for clients, promoting Spring Personnel as the supplier of first choice.
*To expand the client base by actively sourcing new business, actively following up on sales calls and pursuing all sales opportunities.
*Build intelligence on client companies through reviewing candidates' interview and assignment experience and advising future candidates on their interview strategies.
*Present candidates' details to clients and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidate is fully briefed on the interview arrangements.
*Attend all relevant training courses as required, residential or otherwise to improve both personal and branch performance.
*To improve Spring Personnel's penetration into the Permanent and Temporary local recruitment market by ensuring Spring Personnel has the sales activity to gain maximum benefit from local opportunities both in terms of geography and business stream.
*To increase the local client base of Permanents so that it represents a minimum of 80% of invoiced clients on a weekly basis
*Identify and introduce new business opportunities for all Spring Personnel UK business streams.
*Establish and maintain good relationships with prospect clients through assessing their specific needs and winning the business through professional and appropriate solution and pricing proposals.
*Actively network amongst clients and prospective clients to raise the profile of Spring Personnel's services and to identify sales leads.
*To continually seek to develop the business within existing clients by identifying opportunities and expanding Spring Personnel services by dept and /or location.
*To proactively sell candidates to appropriate companies who have had a past requirement for the candidates' skill set.
*Manage pricing effectively within the pricing policy to maximise revenue and profitability for the branch.
*Manage sales, pricing and costs to build the profitability of the Permanent and Temporary desk.
People Skill and Sensitivity
*Continually improve client relationships by reviewing customer feedback information and taking positive steps to address customer concerns and build on causes of satisfaction.
*To encourage candidates (both Temp and Perm) to work in such a way as to ensure the highest possible credit to Spring Personnel
*Liaise with the branch staff for the sourcing and placement of candidates and gaining suitable introductions to new clients - remove.
*To take up the appropriate references on all candidates in line with the requirements on the Spring Personnel Quality System.
*To ensure that all candidates complete the necessary tax, insurance and eligibility to work, documentation.
*Provide candidates with comprehensive information and instructions of the Client, including its location, Health and Safety at Work requirements, job expectations standards and rate of pay.
*Interview and assess candidates to fully understand their capabilities and ensure best possible job matching.
*Maintain ongoing positive relationships on a weekly basis with candidates and regular contact to maintain commitment and ensure availability.
*Provide feedback to candidates to enable them to identify development needs and build their suitability for assignments and vacancies.
*Research sales opportunities using internal sales and management information and external market data and focus activities accordingly.
*To collate and maintain all Client information to ensure correct invoicing, including company registration numbers
*To ensure that clients are aware of company terms of business and charges if requested.
*Build and maintain a vacancies database to maximise placements of Permanent candidates.
*Maintain sales records and tracking processes in order to make informed sales activity decisions.
*Accurately complete the registration process for candidates and also maintain a database of those candidates and their capabilities to ensure swift and accurate responses to client needs.
*To ensure adherence to the company policies and procedures and that administration is completed in accordance with these procedures.
*To ensure any SLA's and/or RFP requirements are agreed by the Legal Services team
Active and Creative Learning
*Devise and implement innovative sales approaches in order to maximise new business opportunities.
*Regularly review branch sales and revenue performance and plan new sales activities accordingly.
*Review branch 'dormant' clients and maintain ongoing relationships with them, promoting Spring Personnel's services.
*Keep systems up-to-date with accurate and detailed records of clients, candidates and orders in accordance with the Spring Personnel Quality System to ensure clients are invoiced accurately and Associates are paid accurately and on time.
*To perform spot check audits in accordance to the Spring Personnel Quality System.
*To co-ordinate and collate service evaluations.
*To ensure that all cheques received are sent to the accounts department with all relevant client documentation
*To ensure adherence to the company policies and procedures and that Administration is completed in accordance with these procedures.
