Elevate Recruitment and Training Consultants Limited (ElevateRTC) have quickly established themselves as a key provider of permanent recruitment solutions to an exceptional and varied client base. We have ambitious plans for growth and are constantly on the look out for exceptional people to join our team. We currently have an outstanding requirement for 2 experienced Recruitment Consultants / Business Development Managers to join our team working from out new offices in Ruddington, Nottingham.

Listed below are the requirements that we look for when recruiting for experienced consultants.

What we look for:
*Strong Recruitment or Business2Business Sales experience and a proven track record of billing. Ideally this will have been gained in a role recruiting permanent staff in one of our core business sectors (e.g. Food, FMCG, Engineering or Sales and Marketing) but we are interested in growing our business in other sectors and disciplines too.
*An ability to generate new business. Whilst we already boast an impressive client base, further growth relies on our people's ability to open new doors and explore new avenues of revenue generation.
*History of developing strong client relationships and utilising these to create consistent long term revenue streams. Our continued success is built upon repeat business. We may only be a year old but we have already built enviable relationships with key players in our core markets.
