Due to the continued success of our Worthing branch we have an excellent opportunity available for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fast paced, challenging and continuously busy environment that will give you the chance to work alongside some highly experienced and successful consultants. We cover a large geographical location so your client and candidate base will be diverse and interesting.

The overall concept of recruitment is very simple. It's about finding the right person for the right job and visa versa. In reality, however, this entire process can be very complicated and frustrating, requiring persistence, tenacity, strength of character and the ability to overcome numerous objections and problems that often get in the way. You will need to have a good level of intellect, be well organised, well presented, able to apply yourself, learn quickly and soak up information as you go. As you will be dealing with a wide range of people, your communication skills need to be excellent both over the phone and face to face. With emphasis on attaining sales targets and building business relationships, you will manage a specialist desk, developing your own client and candidate portfolio. you will be driven by a passion to bring the right person together with the right job.

With all of this in mind, we are ideally looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who is educated to degree level and has a hunger to succeed. Your pay packet will be made up of a basic salary plus commission and will reflect the effort that you put in. Rewards can be very high indeed!
