You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in the IT market however, it is essential that you possess strong knowledge of this sector and specifically be able to demonstrate familiarity with placing candidates into Vendors utilising the end-to-end process. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working on a permanent desk, it is essential that you are capable of working within a 360 degree capacity. It is useful to understand that this organisation operates on an entirely retained business basis. Excellent communicational skills are essential to this role.
