You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Trades, Labour or Construction recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant you will have had previous experience in setting up a cold desk and be confident working in a full 360 role. You will be a confident communicator and will be seeking a challenging role with full autonomy to build a desk in your own style. Daily duties will include building relationships with new clients and developing new business. It is essential that you possess excellent self motivational and organisational abilities and that you have the desire to succeed. This is an advantageous position which will provide endless opportunities to a Recruitment Consultant with ambition and a strong work ethic.
