Skills and experience required
In order to be considered for a job at FRS, you will ideally have at least 6 months experience working as a Recruitment Consultant.
To be successful you will need to run a profitable desk and achieve business objectives through successfully matching individuals to the right jobs and building closer long-term Client relationships. The position requires you to maintain a client base of new and existing clients in order to manage the recruitment process effectively.
