Basic Purpose of Job:
HR Associate required to assist with provision of day-to-day HR advice and guidance to personnel on a full range of HR issues. This role will be based in Dyce.
Main Duties: General HRProvision of day-to-day HR advice and guidance to personnel on a full range of HR issuesGeneral administration support to HR processes, including administration of contracts, ad-hoc letters, PAAF, induction, ensuring records are updated etcArranging ERT Medicals for offshore and site based personnelTracking sickness, creating sickness/absence reports and monitoring longer term casesSupporting Senior HR Advisor by taking notes at disciplinary, grievance and performance management meetingsConducting exit interviews and recording reasons for leavingProvision of all reports for both FM and O&M contracts, including weekly headcounts, monthly reports etcMonitoring starters and leavers to the projects contractUpdating rota rec to ensure correct payments are made to offshore and sites based personnelProcessing of bonusProvision of HR cover when Senior HR Advisor is out of the officeRecruitment & ResourcingParticipation in and arrangement of selection interviewing process for onshore and offshore & site positionsAssistance with sourcing candidates for offshore & site positionsTracking recruitment progress for offshore & site positionsKey contact for summer placement individuals on the projects contractCompetency & TrainingSupport the competency assessment program Health/Safety Responsibilities:Compliance with all company HSEQ policies and procedures Training/Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Documentum and Oracle is preferred Experience: Previous experience in similar role in HR, preferably within the Oil & Gas IndustryKnowledge of HR principles, practices & procedures Personal Skills: Team playerGood communication skillsGood service delivery skillsGood organisational skillsAccuracy and attention to detailAble to work with clients and good customer focus
