Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Headhunting/Executive search - £40K OTE - London City

The Role
My Client is looking for a graduate calibre candidate to join their company as a researcher in their rapidly expanding and developing business. They are looking for individuals to come on and join their Accountancy team. You will be learning the market as you go so you need to be the type of person who can really hit the ground running. You will mainly be focusing on covering the European Accountancy market with the potential to branch out. This role is very research focused, as the client provides a very consultative and professional service, therefore you will be responsible for the research and delivery side of the business with opportunities to visit clients and network. This opportunity will be perfect for a hungry and ambitious graduate who wishes to enter the world of executive search.

The Company
This organisation is a top tier executive search firm, focusing specifically on Accountancy. They have structured plans for growth and are looking to develop the business so that the new consultants they take on will become an integral part of the business.

In terms of company culture, this organisation is very team oriented, and so you will be working closely with all of your colleagues, regardless of which sector they cover.

Successful candidates will be:
* A University Graduate (2:1 or above)

* Ambitious, Enthusiastic, Money Hungry and driven, hardworking

* B2B sales or telesales experience are beneficial but not essential
* Competitive with a true drive to succeed

Training
You will be partnered up with a consultant who will teach you the markets and you will work exceptionally closely with him.

Training will be in both the recruitment process, and also in the specific financial markets that you will be working in. You will typically be in a research based role for 6 - 12 months, before progressing up to consultant level. However as the training and development is personal, you will be given the opportunity to specialise in the areas that you enjoy the most.
