HR Administrator
Equal Approach are recruiting an Administrator to support a national recruitment project we are undertaking for one of our key clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing applications, completing paperwork, a verification process and reference gathering following successful applications from candidates.
The role will involve working to demanding timescales and client deadlines.
Required skills:-
*Experience of working in a fast paced and detail focused environment
*Excellent IT and administrative skills - including strong Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel knowledge
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and prioritise tasks
*Team work focused
*Strong people and "all round" communication skills
Experience in a recruitment or HR environment is desirable.
