The Role

Linsco are rapidly expanding due to our valued client base and excellent reputation, therefore we require a confident, sales focused individual to work alongside our elite team of Recruitment Consultants within a vibrant and friendly environment.

As Recruitment Consultant you will…

Proactively generate leads and develop new business via your own telesales activity.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients - providing an exceptional service at all times to exceed client expectations.
Secure and attend site visits to meet existing clients and market Linsco's services to prospective clients.
Screen candidates to match them to the client's requirement. To be suitable for the role of Recruitment Consultant you must…

Have previous recruitment or sales experience within a target driven, fast paced environment.

Be confident liaising at all levels both face to face and over the phone.
Have a hunger for success and a real desire to earn money.
Be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. You will ideally hold a fullUKdriving licence to enable independence when attending client visits.
