Property Manager

Our client is actively looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage all aspects of the tenancies. Liaising with landlord, tenants, completing property checklists, receiving and filing inventories and Schedules of Condition.
Issuing instructions for safety inspections including gas safety checks.
Organising for works to be completed.
Processing insurance claims, dealing promptly with correspondence, telephone calls, and personal visits from landlords and tenants. Liaising closely with the lettings team and accounts departments.
