Head of Property Management

HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REQUIRED to manage a busy Property Management Centre in Sheffield for a national lettings company.
Must have experience in both property management and managing a team, be computer literate, hold the NFOPP technical award or equivalent, be motivated, organized and have sound legal knowledge of the industry.
Main Duties Include: Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the property management centre, ensuring all processes, legal requirement and timescales are strictly followed and adhered to, maximizing income and profitability for the centre, and the business as a whole. Managing and coaching the team to reach full potential and productivity. Dealing with and responding to complaints in line with company procedures.
