Technical Support Analyst (Apache/Tomcat)

A 2nd Line Java/Web Services Support Analyst is required by my client who are one of the fastest growing companies. As a company they are expanding rapidly and going from strength to strength and are looking for a 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst to join there expanding team.

Principle Responsibilities

Analyses, diagnoses and resolves faults (on a 24x7 basis as required)
Appropriately assigns faults to other 2nd Line, 3rd Line or external support groups ensuring clear handover and documentation.
Dealing with ticket and prioritising them
Builds and/or configures solutions to specifications implements solutions
Ensures the alignment of software/middleware/hardware/network with projects The Candidate:

Experience of supporting web portals
Tomcat/Apache
2nd line support experience
Some involvement in deployments
Ticketing experience
Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences In Return:
