Our Wirral based client is looking for a dynamic, self motivated and highly organised sales administrator for an immediate start to join their rapidly expanding company.
Responsibilities in this role include:
Producing tailored quotations and sales order processing and
managing all client and employee communications, account management,
General office functions including managing calls and assisting with customers both face to face and over the phone and all general administration.
The ideal candidate must be dynamic, capable, hard-working, confident and ambitious with the ability to work as part of a small team whilst managing their own work load. They must possess an excellent telephone manner and be highly skilled at building strong customer relationships .In addition they must also be careful, accurate & highly organised with good attention to detail and have the ability to work well under pressure Good knowledge of MS Office required (especially Outlook, Word & Excel).
