Customer Service Administrator/Account Manager
Manage designated accounts ensuring a good knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the customer requirements.
Establish and maintain a strong client relationship through regular close contact Account Management via telephone, email communication and off site visits when required.
Effectively interact with all other departments including BDM's when handling, new briefs and campaign start ups. Ensuring they are correctly briefed in all aspects of the enquiry and where data is missing contact the customer directly to obtain information unless otherwise instructed not to contact.
Interact with Studio regarding artworks
Obtain customer approvals within reasonable timeframe
Send out New Account Forms and chase for completion within required timescales
Raise customer order & process paperwork
Agree dates with Planner and deadlines requested
Interact with Planner regarding delays etc and advise Customer & BDM where required
Interact to gather, monitor and analyse performance data where requested by customer.
Project manage campaign launches, develop timetables and setting deadlines for clients
Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports for clients where instructed on bespoke service upon handover from the Business Development Manager.
Monitor and review Customer stock levels with respect to stock holding agreements per individual accounts.
Responding to requests from the Customer Service Manager in an efficient and timely manner. Skills required German spoken & written
