The position for Commercial Manager in Glastonbury is no longer available
We are recruiting for a Commercial Manager for our large successful client in Glastonbury.
This role includes but not limited to:
Making sure the site comply with Health and Safety and PPE requirements at all times as per company standing orders, risk assessments and branch requirements
Customer service, and compliance with customer charter
ensuring customer complaints are dealt with in line with company guidelines and in a timely manner
Take ever opportunity to keep the branch and the company guidelines and in a timely manner
Take every opportunity to keep the branch and the company in the public eye and to have good public relations at all times and in the local area
Maintain and develop key customer and supplier accounts
Advice management on the branch sales and margin policy
Develop and maintain a personal portfolio of key accounts
Ensure that all leads and enquiries are promptly and efficiently handled handled with suitable controls, monitors and follow up systems in place
Supporting company promotions
Monitoring the effectiveness of all sales staff
The other duties of this role include:
Planning and Strategy - developing the branch, and Human Resources - Training of Staff.
