Office Administrator
My client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their small specialist company; the main responsibility of this role is to remove the administrative burden from the owner of the company.
This role includes all administrative tasks which will assist the business to increase sales and run smoothly. Responsibilities include: sorting out petty cash, organising interviews, typing up notes and proof reading notes from consultants and putting adverts online.
This role includes preparing documents for clients, preparing excel spreadsheets, calling suppliers, online work (job boards etc) and arranging interviews. This is a varied and demanding role which the successful candidate can make their own. The long-term aim is for someone to move into more of a resourcing role so ideally candidates will look upon this progression favourably.
Applicants will need to be able to work unsupervised and willing to deal with candidates, clients and suppliers. You need a pro-active approach as the MD will be reliant on clear communication and support from the successful applicant. Candidates will be well organised with a good telephone manner & excellent written English. Good Word and Excel skills are also necessary.
