Description

A requirement for a Site Administrator has arisen on a busy project. You will be accountable to the Project Manager and be responsible for:
• All aspects of Office Administration supporting your designated clients.
• Booking hotel & travel requirements where necessary.
• Booking & organising meetings.
• Entering & raising purchase orders.
• Supporting invoice approval.
• Ensuring stationery is stocked up and available at all times.
• Preparing & collating reports.
• Maintenance of holiday charts.
• General administration support.
• Undertaking any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy customer needs
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate should posses the following:
• Accurate typing, word processing and keyboard skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication.
• Significant knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Control of documentation and filing
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and quality procedures desirable
• Previous experience of working in an administrative environment.
• IFS experience desirable
• CLAIT level 2
• GCSE’s in Maths and English desirable
• Ability to build relationships across the business to drive best practise and continuous improvement.
• Negative result for the compulsory Drugs and Alcohol test in line with Parent Company policy
