We are seeking An Experienced Financial Administrator to join our client in a there small, friendly office based in Mansfield.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have previous financial administration experience and be qualified to FPC 1 or 2 standards. You must be well organised, smartly presented, flexible and very hardworking. Must have knowledge of Word and Excel packages and experience of 1st / Avelo Software
The role will entail working along side and supporting senior members of staff, sitting in on client meetings to understand there requirements, following up on the meetings, preparing files/quotes/valuations and reports for meetings. Preparing letters to be completed by IFA, and following up the process with the client until complete. Participate in regular “Team Meetings”
Working hours are Monday to Friday. You will be paid between £18,000 to £21,000 per annum depending on experience plus holiday pay.
A pension would be paid after 1 year’s service and you can enroll on there Private Medical Insurance scheme
