Account Administrator
Our client is currently seeking an Account Administrator to join their existing team. Your duties will include:
• Opening and distribution of post
• Dealing with all client, customer and 3rd party correspondence and updating associated computerised account records
• Setting up payment plans
• Scanning documents onto the associated accounts and emailing to client
• Sending out the client post
• Account maintenance
• Answering and responding to incoming calls in a professional manner
• Any other duties relevant to this role as may be required from time to time
Skills required:
• Computer literate including Web, Word and Excel
• Accurate keyboard skills
• Type speed of 35wpm
• A quality focus and organised person
• The ability to multi-task
• Has the ability to work towards deadlines and Targets
• At least 1 year plus administration skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent literacy & numeric skills
