Our client is currently seeking a Clinical Team Administrator to join their expanding team. The main purpose of the role will be to record questionnaires and referrals received, requesting any further information that may be required, liaising with client representatives to ensure that they are kept up to date, arranging appointments and ensuring that difficult or "slow" cases are escalated.
Ideally the successful applicant will have excellent written & verbal communication skills combined with experience of working in a role which requires a high attention to detail and the requirement to follow laid down procedures. The ability to manage your time effectively and IT literacy (Microsoft office packages and in-house systems) are also essential.
Based near Lewes, East Sussex. Salary £16k - £17k pa.
