Vickers Neal Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently working with the Lloyd's Register Group and is recruiting for an Administrator (Energy Division) to join their team in Coventry.

The Lloyd’s Register Group is one of the world leaders in assessing business processes and products to internationally recognised standards. The standards are either those of major independent bodies or ones that they have developed themselves. From design and new build to in-service operations and decommissioning, they aim to deliver complete life-cycle and risk management solutions to help ensure the safety, integrity and operational performance of assets and systems.

The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administrative support in order to meet the business needs.

To fulfil the requirements of this post the applicant MUST have experience deemed transferable to the following:

-Ensure documentation/data/information and tasks relevant to the individual are planned, evaluated and processed in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines
-Review & analyse data to provide management information/statistics, including the identification and reporting of process failures, to support the overall delivery of processes.
-Deal with queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate, including resolution of service problems.
-To review and process all inbound paperwork in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that all relevant information is communicated to the appropriate people.
-To issue and control certificate production for Engineers as required.
-To liaise with Clients and Engineers to help co-ordinate site visits and work schedules.
-To review processes and highlight efficiency gains where appropriate.
-To respond to or redirect customer complaints.
-To prepare and distribute work packs to engineers.
-To create, maintain and appropriately archive files, job files and computer records.

Furthermore it is ESSENTIAL that the individual has significant experience of:

- Office based administrative and customer service
-Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Access is a must
-knowledge of Databases
