Freelance Site Manager - Decent Homes

A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to work within the decent homes social refurbishment sector. The ideal candidate must have previous decent homes experience in K&B works, Externals and remedial works. The company strives in the Development of long-term working relationships with existing clients, through these relationships they have secured a larger refurbishment contract that is increasing in turnover within the coming months.

Site Manager:
You must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience within the decent homes social housing sector of the industry, with the ability to manage multiple live streams with site managers reporting to you throughout the project time frame, working on tenanted properties and working closely with the clients at all times is a prerequisite.

Duties:

Using leadership skills to ensure a zero incident health & safety culture, implementing all regulatory health & safety on site.
Ensuring that all contract administration / procedures are undertaken
Controlling and managing the project which could include K&B works, Externals etc.
Implementing detailed programmes which allow accurate monitoring and reporting
Ability to prioritize and plan effectively Candidates must have Decent Homes Experience to be considered for this role
