Reactive Responsive Repairs Planner

My client is a leading maintenance and refurbishment contractor operating within the reactive maintenance, voids & decent homes markets. Due to a number of successful tenders, they have an opportunity for a Reactive Responsive Repairs Planner to join the Edinburgh team.

The Role:

You will be handling incoming repair calls from tenants, allocating repairs to trades people on site and offering a polite and professional service to tenants in a timely and efficient manner. You would be required to log all calls and repairs on an in-house database systems and liaise with the relevant teams for repairs or maintenance.

What we are looking for:

„Q Must have recent relevant Main Contractor experience as a scheduler/planner
„Q Strong organisational and communication skills
„Q Strong customer service skills
„Q Have excellent IT skills
