Reports to: Contracts Manager

Location: Blackpool

Company: Shopfitting Contractor

Role: To oversee refrubishment work of Commercial Banks will be working nights and 12 hour shifts/.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee programmed works
• Manage and Control Sub Contractors
• Liase with Clients making sure all requests are carried out
• Update Contract Manager daily with progress of work

Knowledge and Skills/Requirements

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness certified
• Computor Literate including Microsoft Excel
• Fire Marshall Certificate
