FM & Property Management - Operations / Programme Director to £80,000 + bonus + benefits

Based: London

The FM Operations / Programme Director will be responsible for new project delivery and for growing profitable revenues from new and existing Managed Offices and Property contracts, working with supply chain partners to provide clients with a high quality, service driven experience.

The FM Operations / Programme Director will lead and manage the team implementing the strategy and processes necessary to successfully deliver projected business growth of the fit out and ongoing FM functions.

Our client is a rapidly growing, market leader in the brokerage and operation of serviced / managed offices with businesses in all key global serviced office markets.

The FM Operations / Programme Director will be self-driven, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the commercial elements of the role. The position requires:

Technical and market knowledge of construction / fit out projects and contracts, FM strategy, service level agreements (SLA), contracts and suppliers

Experience of managing construction / fit out projects, setting FM strategy and delivery of services and demanding SLAs

Knowledge of industry quality standards, automated performance reporting and use of industry systems and CAFM to manage FM service

Budgeting and financial management experience (e.g.Great Plains)

The successful FM Operations / Programme Director will be capable of managing a multiple portfolio of contracts ( including some international ) and managing multiple fit-out contractors and FM integrators simultaneously.
