SENIOR ESTIMATOR - SUBCONTRACTOR - GROUNDWORKS AND RC FRAME - 80-95K PLUS PACKAGE - ESTIMATOR FOR SUBCONTRACTOR OF GROUNDWORKS ESSENTIAL

My client, based in Surrey, is looking to take on a Senior Estimator as they look to expand and strengthen their tendering team and look at new ideas. This person would report directly to the owner of the business. Giving them lots of input and authority and the chance to be a big part of the firm.

There client base is largely housing developers as well as being involved in commercial projects for main contractors. They have a fantastic culture, more of a family feel than the more aggressive culture that is sometimes associated with subbies and fantastic offices.

SENIOR ESTIMATOR - SUBCONTRACTOR - GROUNDWORKS AND RC FRAME - 80-95K PLUS PACKAGE - ESTIMATOR FOR SUBCONTRACTOR OF GROUNDWORKS ESSENTIAL

They have remained strong throughout the recession and are now looking to push on and grow, with a turnover of around £50 million they generally work on projects in the region of 8-10 million with there largest projects being around 25 million in value. These projects are all based around groundworks, substructure and superstructures and experience working with a groundworks subbie is essential.

The successful candidate will be available within a month as they are looking to take someone on asap. They are happy to pay either PAYE or to a ltd company on a self employed basis if this is preferable and a hugely competitive package is on offer. You will become part of an estimating team of 4 plus a bid manager.
