An Opti-time Planner is required by our client a Facilities Maintenance Company working within Social Housing and local Authorities. The successful candidate will need to ensure information technology relating to the Opti-time System is effective and correct. The job will focus on achieving resource efficiencies through effective administration of Opti-time and the successful attainment of KPI’s while maintaining key alignment to contractual priorities.

Specific Responsibilities
Candidates must have previous experience and an understanding of the Opti-time system and administration.
Good IT Knowledge (spreadsheets, MS Packages, databases)
Previous experience of working on Social or Council Housing Projects is very much an advantage but other similar work is essential.
