Electrical Supervisor (Social Housing: Repairs & Maintenance)

The Company:
A leading property services contractor who specialise in electrical reactive maintenance and repairs of Social Housing stock. Hampshire based.

The Role:
Require an Electrical Supervisor to supervise a team of Electricians undertaking electrical maintenance and repairs on social housing stock, for a client covering properties in Hampshire, Dorset & Sussex. You will act as a liaison with the Client and Tenant ensuring high standards of workmanship is achieved working to strict deadlines.

The Candidate:
17th Edition qualified and with a 2391 Inspection certificate, you will need to show proven ability as an Electrical Supervisor, having worked for recognised contractors on reactive repairs and maintenance on social housing stock.

The Package:
£30,000 per annum and Benefits including a Company van
