Urgent requirement for Engineers to train in Specialist Sales!!

A very different opportunity; As JAM continues to grow and innovate; we now have an opportunity for a small number of Engineers to cross-train into Recruitment Consultancy and ultimately work with a dedicated team of Recruiters who place industry professionals into the Engineering industry.
As a Specialist Engineering Recruitment Consultant you will be trained to research and identify opportunities by using structured relationship building techniques and your persuasive charm - both over the telephone and on a face to face basis. You will learn all the fundamental elements of the Recruitment lifecycle and develop your consultative skills to a level whereby you will be able to guide and advise candidates and clients and effectively match the two within specified timescales, thereby delivering results to our customers.
