Role: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will be required to undertake the following duties:

• Have day to day responsibility for a small commercial team who are managing the commercial aspects of planned and responsive maintenance contracts
• Preparation and reporting on monthly valuations, including sub-contract cost movements and build progress cost comparisons
• Setting targets for the Commercial team to meet as well as successfully delivering commercial strategies.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the company are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is well versed with managing the commercial aspects of planned and reactive maintenance contracts within the Social Housing sector.
