The position for Voids Administrator in North West London is no longer available
We are looking for an experienced Voids Administrator to take up a permanent role with our client, a building maintenance contractor based in North West London.
The successful candidate will be organising the works to be carried out on empty void properties, scheduling work to trades operatives, monitoring progress, chasing up and processing key information and updating all internal systems. You will be required to liaise with client representatives, maintenance supervisors, operatives and others. You will monitor performance in line with set targets and report back to the supervisor to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met.
Applicants must have previous experience of administrating a social housing maintenance contract, strong organisation skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
