Project Manager

TL Placements have been appointed to source a Project Manager to work for a leading Main Contractor on projects throughout the South of England including South London, Hampshire, Sussex and Berkshire.

This Main Contractor have continued to win awards and are a leading company in the construction market. You will be based in Head Office on the edge of the M25 and lead a project team of surveyors, managers, designers and engineers on different style properties.

Our client has seen growth in the South-East of England and Central London areas are now needing to expand their project teams in order to deliver the demand of clients.

As Project Manager you will work closely with the Project Director to lead your team on projects within the sectors of Commercial, Hotels, Leisure, Education and Private sector housing. Projects are varied across New Build, Extension and Re-furbishments. Typically the project values will range from £5million to £50 million.

You will need to have a background in Main Contracting and show examples of working on large multi-million pound projects. You will also need to demonstrate how you have led a successful project team and ideally, but not essential that you have a qualification in Project Management such as MCIOB.
