A unique opportunity has arisen within a bespoke, quality housing developer for an accomplished architectural technician / co-ordinator to join their technical department. This developer prides itself on being sympathetic to both local architecture and the surrounding countryside and is consequently committed to providing sustainable homes.

The role requires a capable architectural technician who ideally has also co-ordinated or job run residential schemes to be based within their accomplished technical team.
Candidates` responsibilities will include the preparation of working drawings and detailing before co-ordinating the technical issues on site.

Ideal candidates will be architectural technicians who either already worked for another residential developer or who work within an architectural practice whose primary clients are developers. Candidates must be a minimum of HNC or HND qualified in a relevant construction or design related subject. This role offers candidates the opportunity to make the transition into working for a leading private developer and to co-ordinate their own schemes.
