Business Development Manager

Excellent and rare opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work with on the UK's leading Construction and Building Contractors.

My client is a building contractor operating across the midlands area and they have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record.

Only applicants with experience of working as a Business Development Manager for a main contractor based and living in the midlands area will be considered.

They undertake projects valued typically at £500,000 to £5 Million including residential, healthcare, education, industrial and retail projects. They have enjoyed a great deal of success over the last few years and have consistently grown both the turnover and profitability of the company during a challenging period. Part of their success they attribute to the active involvement of their staff in all areas of the business, its decision making processes and the 'open door' management approach of its managers and directors.

They are looking for an individual with Business Development experience having worked for a recognised building contractor; a proven track record of successfully building client relationships and a desire to be involved in the company are essential attributes for successful applicants.
