Estimator

Estimator - Commercial & Education - Nottingham

We are currently working with an established main contractor that, due to a significant increase in work load, have an immediate requirement for an Estimator.

Reporting into the Senior Estimator, you will be required to analyse tender documents and assistant in the preparation detailed estimates and quotations from plan or bill of quantities and follow through to acceptance by the client and hand over to the contracts team.

Salary:
- up to £30,000 + benefits

Requirements:
- Previous experience of construction estimating and tendering.
- Knowledge of a computerised estimating package such as Conquest or Excel..
- Educated to a high standard.
- Good Analytical skills, self motivated and enthusiastic.
- Driving licence is essential.
