IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE- Design Coordinator

Our client is a very well known Main contractor who specialise in Design & Build affordable housing.

Based in their London office, they are currently seeking a Technical coordinator/Manager to carry out the following duties:

-Obtaining planning approvals
-leading the design process and collation of design information
-Research and advise alternative construction processes
-Assist estimators in preparing D&B submissions
-liaising with consultants, client and sub contractors
-Assisting in site meetings

You will have previous Tehnical Coordinator/manager experience within Design and build affordable housing and will be immediately available to start.
