A rare opportunity now exists for a Project Manager to join a reputable organisation specialising in the delivery of construction schemes from £10m - £40m. The business is one of theUK's largest construction groups, operating out of a network of regional offices throughout the country.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing urban regeneration and high rise residential projects. The initial project is a New Build Care Home / Extra Care Facility worth £15m.

To be successful in your application you must have experience as a Project Manager delivering major construction projects, care home or extra care facilities and possess SMSTS, CSCS and a full First Aid Certificate.
