Responsibilities

Maintain accuracy of stock information on in-house computer system
Confirming stock reservations with suppliers
Raise purchase orders
Book in stock and check accuracy of delivery
Assist with stock check
Weekly reporting on stock levels and order values etc

Skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Able to work on own initiative
Excellent numeric and literacy skills

You must be exceptionally well organised with high attention to detail be confident and have excellent communication skills.
