Deputy Manager

As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building and delivering the Store Business Plan. You'll have direct responsibility for managing the sales floor and by recruiting, training and motivating your team you will maximize profit and performance.

Key Accountabilities

*Ensure effective communication to sales floor team at all times, informing them of daily targets and company, operational and product changes.

*Assume full responsibility of Store in Store Managers absence.

*Fully support the Store Manager in appraising staff through your own observations and by performance management.

*Through leading by example ensure your team deliver world class customer service.
