Production Buyer

Reporting into the Purchasing Manager, the Production Buyer will have full commercial responsibility for a range of components and suppliers.

Personal Specification;

Degree qualified or equivalent.
CIPS would be an advantage.
Professional Purchasing experience including Contracts and Supplier Management.
Experience within a fast paced Manufacturing environment.
Automotive industry experience would be preferred.
Strong commercial acumen.
Proven negotiation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Excellent working knowledge of MRP systems.
Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment.
Self motivated and enthusiastic.
