Senior Business Analyst Delivery-Yeovil, Somerset
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to our Business Change Team Manager, you will be part of a team acting at the forefront of the Business Change programme. You will use your initiative and drive to create business opportunities, undertake analysis, design strategies, business solutions and projects to deliver Screwfix's ambitious growth plans. Your strong presence as a Senior Business Analyst will enable you to present up to Board level and to deliver results. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating your ability to build strong relationships throughout the organisation, up to and including Board level.
You will be required to:-
* As required, Lead & manage the requirements analysis for projects - investigating and running requirements workshops, determining priorities, needs and solutions
* Deliver all required BA governance
* Scope and estimate projects, business case / cost benefit modelling, design and map business processes and business solutions, thinking strategically
* Plan and manage the implementation of Business Change and Business Readiness, working with the business to ensure the solution and business case is delivered
* Keep abreast of the latest analysis / project methodologies and constantly seek to improve the business analysis process and profile of the team
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations of senior stakeholders and Directors
* As required, Third party supplier service management
* Present and engage at all levels by preparing communication and programme updates, ensuring messages are timely, concise and consistent

* Modelling and diagramming skills e.g. Visio
* Excellent presentation and communication skills; you should be comfortable leading, facilitating and presenting at all levels and with our external customers and suppliers
* Understand project management methodologies, ideally Prince 2/Scrum
Experience
* Experience of being a Lead Business Analyst on a significant business change programme is essential, preferably in a fast changing growing business.
* Experience of building and managing stakeholder relationships and influencing at all levels
* A proven leader with significant experience of using IT to drive measurable business value
* Experience of working on large scale projects (min project value £½ mill) e.g. SAP, CRM, POS, ERP, within a retail or multi-channel business
* Demonstrate practical experience of reengineering processes and implementing change with positive organisational impact
* Demonstrate experience of explaining technical data to non technical colleagues, both internally and externally up to board level
* Ideally have worked with Agile and/or RAD working methods
