The role as Deputy Manager:
*Under the guidance of the Retail Store Manager you will be involved in managing all day to day aspects of the retail operation, including excellent customer service delivery, operational standards and health and safety compliance
*Maximising on service through sales and promotions
*Stock management and replenishment
*Contribute to the financial performance of the store through sales and controls.
*Taking full managerial responsibility on the absence of the Store or Deputy Manager
*Shift and rota management for up to 35 Customer Service Assistants
*Using Management information to improve performance
The ideal candidate for the role of Deputy Manager:
Experience of Retail Management, in food retail, would be an advantage, although any retail, hospitality or leisure management background will be considered. The main requirement is the ability to motivate your retail store team.

*You maintain a positive approach to your work, team, company and customer
*You have experience in food or a similar retail environment
*Good planning and organisational skills
*Strong communication skills
