Customer service coordinator-Supply Chain
MUST HAVE WORKED ON MANAGING RETAIL ACCOUNTS AND THEIR DISTRIBUTION
A Supply Chain and Customer service coordinator used to dealing with retail FMCG sector ideally premium products managing the relationship & results of the Customers. This role is the point of contact for Sales & Customers and is responsible for the planning, receipt and action of all orders/queries to lead time, maintaining alignment to changing FMCG Strategies.
MUST HAVE:
At least 4 years Customer service experience in FMCG Supply Chain Customer Services
A strong understanding of Supply Chain processes
A good understanding of the FMCG Grocery market
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Decision making, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to manage a range of customers, prepare development plans
Strong team building skills
