Online Communications Manager

An exciting opportunity has been newly created for a Online Communications Manager to join a leading national charity.

My client is a London based charity to specialise in supporting armed forces staff and their families', both in the UK and internationally. The role of the Online Communications Manager is both broad and challenging and is key to the continued success of the charity.

The successful applicant will work within the wider marketing and communications team and will report into the international director of marketing. Proven experience of website management will be essential as will maintenance of the charities online activity including website, intranet, extranet and all social media, including Facebook and twitter.

The role will also take the lead on SEO strategy, and will monitor and analyse website statistics. The post will also support all third party agencies, and manage their relationships. Prior exposure to CMS software would be desirable.

This is a high profile and challenging role with plenty of scope for progression and development. Salary to £35,000 + bonus and benefits.
