Our Client based in Leatherhead, Surrey are rapidly growing Search Engine Marketing Company. Continued growth has created a vacancy for a Junior Online Services Executive in our account management department to add to our growing team.
Job Role
Tasks will include
• Corresponding with approximately 50 allocated clients on a weekly basis via telephone
• Sending brief weekly analysis reports to clients via email to keep them updated on progress of their advertising.
• Corresponding with Google, Y!Sm and Microsoft adCenter, trouble-shooting for clients.
• Help-desking clients’ incoming queries.
• Practically working within all the accounts you manage, creating copy for the adverts and selecting the searches for exposure. (All training provided in-house.)
• Weekly / Monthly Team meetings
Requirements
An ambitious individual with a good phone manner, interested to learn vital skills and build relationships with clients on an ongoing basis. Basic computer competency in Microsoft programs, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
Field specific training is not essential as all training is provided but it would be of benefit if you have worked in this sort of role before.
