Web Analyst - E-Commerce Site

Due to ambitious Digital growth, we are seeking a proven Web Analyst to join our family. Reporting to the E-Commerce Trading & Analytics Manager this role will be monitoring and reporting the performance of the digital platform and for providing insights which will enable the business to make the right strategic moves. Key responsibilities include:

•The creation, distribution and analysis of reports relating to the performance of the E- Commerce sites

•Identify and feedback key trends, supporting the web content team to make strategic decisions which will help maximise the performance of the site

•In conjunction with the online marketing team, drive the e-marketing strategy with collation and analysis of e shot performance. Looking at delivery, open rates, click through, content engagement and recipient behaviour patterns

•Support the Retail Marketing team through analysis of local, national and global retail marketing campaigns both online and

•Support the Retail Planning team through collation and analysis of customer shopping trends, basket analysis and product conversions

The successful candidate will have proven web reporting and analytics experience in a commercial trading environment and demonstrate the ability to interpret a large volume of information into meaningful reports using excel, and the ability to translate the information into defined commercial action points. Advanced level excel skills, experience of Coremetrics, strong attention to detail and a real passion for hands on data generation and analysis are essential.
