Hotel Operations Manager - Hampshire - Up to £40k basic plus 25% OTE

I am looking for a Hotel Operations Manager on the way up to work for one of the leading leisure focused hotels groups in the UK. This opportunity for a hotel operations manager is at a historic Hotel in Hampshire, the Hotel has over 250 rooms with an exceptional occupancy level throughout the year.

The ideal candidate will have gained at least 3 years senior management experience either from posts held working within a Boutique Hotel, Country Hotel operator, Cruise liners or large food & beverage operation

You will need to be a commercially astute Operations Manager who has a proven track record delivering bottom line performance across a multi faceted operation, which will need to include rooms, conference or leisure, and extensive multi food & beverage operation is essential. After a detailed training programme you will be responsible for a large team including 10 heads of departments and upwards of 200 staff, with t/o of £11 million per annum. The business is very autonomous and as such we are looking for an entrepreneurial manager who can deliver bottom line results whilst ensuring customer service, mystery guest and repeat levels of business are maximised at all times. We are looking for an excellent people manager and motivator, an individual who is passionate about continuous improvement and someone who can influence equally effective upwards as well as through their team members. You will be strong analytically and you will be responsible for determining localised pricing strategies and creating and devising local marketing initiatives to back up the major national campaigns that are run centrally.
