Based in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside this quality 5 star 220bedroom hotel is currently looking for an Executive Chef to join the senior management team and develop and improve the current food offer. With food service over 4 outlets this is a demanding and high pressure role, needing good organisational and logistical skills.

Managing a brigade of 24 chefs you will be fully responsible for all:
menu development,
kitchen financial targets,
kitchen health and hygiene requirements.

Food revenue is in excess of £3.5 million so you must have had a background in large volume and busy banqueting operations at a senior chef.
